Mayra is studying Human Medicine at the Universidad Norbert Wiener. Mayra is an applied and dedicated student, qualities that reflect in her excellent academic record.
However, Luz, who is a single mother and carries the sole financial responsibility of the household, has difficulties to cover the cost of the next semester of studies for her daughter, Mayra. For this reason, Luz is asking for a new education loan from Kiva to permit Mayra to continue with her professional development.
This support will not only alleviate the economic drain on Luz, but also provide tranquility in the knowledge that her daughter, Mayra, will be able to continue studying and her effort will be worth it.
