Kathy has over a decade of experience in the impact investments space at Kiva, overseeing investments in Africa, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. As the Vice President of Investments, Kathy leads the global team who deploys Kiva’s crowdfunded capital towards social enterprises and microfinance institutions around the world, working to maximize impact while mitigating risk.

As Kiva’s Director of Strategic Partnerships, Tess has worked closely with organizations such as PepsiCo, Visa, IT Cosmetics, and more, to deliver impactful and mutually beneficial campaigns.
