Like clockwork, they came, they caffeinated, they learned everything they possible could about microfinance. Last week, Kiva welcomed 14 new fellows to our San Francisco office for a week-long training with our staff. With the advent of our new Small Business Advisor Program, we’ve phased out our US-based fellowships leaving a purely international (and slightly smaller!) class.
