She is a single mother and is the only one responsible for the education costs of her only son Piero, who is on the left side. Piero is studying architecture, a job that he chose due to his passion to design spaces that are not only functional, but also generate a positive impact on people. Piero is a dedicated student who spends many hours weekly on his education. He has a dream to develop a major social aid project in the future. Nevertheless, the primary challenge that María and Piero face is the financial factor, since María's income is not sufficient to cover the costs of the new academic cycle at her son's university. In this situation, María is requesting Kiva's support through an educational loan that will provide the possibility to access more affordable payment rates. This will allow Piero to continue with his degree and continue advancing toward his goal of becoming a great architect.
