My dream to become a mead maker started in 2019 as I was failing to find a mead that I thought was of good quality. My partner Karl and I began our mead-making adventures in 2022 and quickly realized we had a natural knack for the process. We pushed hard, trying to chase the best flavor we could produce. We switched to raw local honey in the summer of 2022 and found that this was the missing ingredient. The flavor was completely different and really good.

I plan to use our local companies for all our ingredients for the duration of our business. I realize that is ambitious, but the local community is something I am very passionate about. I think that a strong local economy is the key to community success and people being able to thrive.

I hope to provide jobs in the future with this business as well as supporting other local startups as soon as I am financially able.
